No, you do not need to have a background in finance or other credentials to "qualify" or benefit from this course. This is designed as an "introduction", and it is my goal to explain concepts in an approachable and easy-to-understand manner. If you ever need clarification, you'll be able to reach me direct.

This course was designed for mid-to-senior career professionals who advise lower-middle-market to middle-market businesses in the United States. The content will have a heavy emphasis on Private Credit and Private Equity, specifically as it relates to privately held, operational, entities.

Attorneys, accounting professionals, wealth advisors, commercial bankers can all benefit. Anyone with a curiosity about this space will benefit.

No, this is a "cohort" style course, which means registrants will all start and finish the course at the same time. I do plan on offering this course in the future, but this first session will be the only time I'm offering it complimentary.

I love learning, and I've spent my professional career (20 years!) seeking to better understand the realm of finance so I could better serve others. It's my passion, my hobby, and I have a sincere desire to share what I've learned. I'm a student first, and a teacher second.
